*CLICK HIGH QUALITY* There are many different panels for the Samsung LN40A550 and here is a comparison to of the “C” panel and the “S” panel. The “S” panel is known to look better. I purchased two of the exact same model and hooked them both up via a splitter using the *exact* same cabling and set both tvs to factory settings. The “S” panel is on the right and the “C” panel is on the left. The “S” panel looks noticibly better… So, if your in the market for this (great) tv, try to get the “S” panel if you can. *I got the “S” panel from Circuit City in December 2008 and the “C” panel from Newegg also in December 2008.
